Phillip currently serves in a dual capacity at both Arizona State University and the Healthcare Transformation Institute. In this role at ASU, Phillip is responsible for all operational functions in the Center for Healthcare Delivery and Policy including finance and human resources. He provides administrative support for the Center staff as well as assistance with all courses and presentations. In his role at HTI, Phillip supports the board of directors and is responsible for all operational functions.

Phillip is an Arizona native and graduate of Arizona State University. He holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Business and Communications, along with a certificate in Public Administration and Leadership. Phillip received a Master's degree in Public Administration.
