Phillip currently serves as Associate Director of Operations and Courses with ASU’s Center for Healthcare Delivery and Policy, where he supports operational management, academic programs, external partnerships, executive operations, and special projects. He also serves as Assistant to the Board for the Healthcare Transformation Institute, a 501c3 organization.

Phillip has held a variety of leadership and business operations roles at ASU, with extensive experience in executive support, course administration, and organizational operations. His work has included supporting senior leadership, managing departmental events, coordinating academic and international programs, and working with internal and external stakeholders.

He is an Arizona native and holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Business and Communication from Arizona State University. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Professional Practice in Global Leadership and Management at the Thunderbird School of Global Management at ASU.
