Curtiss B. Cook, MD is Professor of Medicine, May Clinic Alix School of Medicine, and past Chair, Division of Endocrinology, Mayo Clinic Arizona. Dr. Cook completed his undergraduate and medical degrees at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. He then went on to complete Internal Medicine residency and Endocrinology fellowship training at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor Michigan. In addition, Dr. Cook served 16 years in the United States Air Force Reserve, where he acted as a Flight Surgeon and Squadron Commander. His publication portfolio consists of 184 peer reviewed papers, 5 book chapters, 2 conference proceedings and 80 Abstracts at national and international meetings.
